该机主要由微电脑控制系统、清洗系统、漂洗系统、不锈钢机架组成。
该机由不锈钢水泵将洗涤水从水槽中抽出加压并循环使用,水槽内的水温温控器控制在55±5℃。在洗涤过程中洗涤篮固定不动,上下洗涤臂由洗涤水推动旋转.这种方式的优点在于洗涤臂可从各个角度对碗、碟进行清洗,不存在死角,保证了洗涤质量。洗涤程序完毕后是漂洗程序,漂洗臂喷出摄氏85±5℃的高温净水(洗杯时温度控制为65C),上程序的漂洗水作为下次的洗涤水用,从而保证了洗涤水的清洁性.漂洗时,用分配器自动加人催干剂,能迅速挥发餐具表面水分,不留痕迹,并起到消毒的作用.具有热能回收装置,节约能源30%。
